7. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
CES Intelligence Advisory provides strategic intelligence, geopolitical, and risk analysis prepared using structured analytical methods, including calibrated probability and explicit confidence levels. This analysis constitutes professional strategic advisory content, delivered with due professional care. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or regulatory advice, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from duly licensed professionals in those fields.
Analytical judgements reflect probabilities and scenarios, not certainties. Final decisions, and the manner in which they are implemented, remain the responsibility of the Member's leadership, who are invited to combine CES Intelligence analysis with their own knowledge of their organization.

Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
