You must be 18+ years old and represent a professional organization. Personal accounts are non-transferable.

3. MEMBERSHIP & ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Sharing accounts is prohibited. CES reserves the right to suspend access in case of abuse.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All reports, briefings, and analysis are the exclusive property of CES Intelligence. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for personal use only.

5. RESTRICTED USE

You may not:

- Reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content without prior written permission

- Use any automated data extraction (scraping, bots, crawlers)

- Input content into AI/ML training datasets or generative AI tools

- Share login credentials with others

6. PERMITTED CITATIONS

Short excerpts with attribution and link to ces-intelligence.com are permitted for non-commercial purposes.
